Device permissions
You can allow or deny camera, photo-library, and location access in your device settings. Denying an optional permission may disable only the feature that needs it.
Account information
Update available profile and electrical-code settings inside the app. For access or correction requests that cannot be completed in the app, contact appadmin@ledouxec.com.
Delete your account
While signed in, go to Account & Subscription → Delete My Account. If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, you can still start deletion from our public Account Deletion page. Safe accounts are deleted promptly after confirmation; company/history cases that require manual review are normally completed within 7 days.
Advertising and tracking
The current app does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.
