How to request deletion
Send an account-deletion request from the email address used for your MAYHAW account. Include the account email address and, if applicable, your company or organization name. Do not send your password.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request to appadmin@ledouxec.com with the subject MAYHAW Account Deletion Request.
Verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address or complete another reasonable identity-verification step. You will not be required to reinstall the app to submit the request.
What deletion covers
Deletion includes the app account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain, such as profile/account information and user content tied to the account. Company-managed or historical records may require manual review so that organization-controlled records, security records, or legally required records are handled appropriately.
Timing
Accounts that can be safely removed immediately may be deleted promptly. Company/history cases that require manual handling are normally completed within 7 days after verification of the request.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate organization records. Retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have access to the app, you can also use Account & Subscription → Delete My Account.
